For restaurants — your menu is yours, and so is the responsibility
You are solely responsible for what your menu says: dish names, descriptions, prices, allergens, dietary information and availability. Diners rely on it, and so may their health.
Some features help you build a menu automatically, including reading a photographed menu and translating it. These are assistive: the result is a draft, and nothing reaches diners until you publish it. Review it before you do. We do not warrant that an automatically produced description, translation or allergen list is accurate.
You keep all rights in your content. You grant us only the permission needed to host it, display it to your diners, and process it to provide the features you use.
You must have the right to use the photographs you upload, and you must not upload anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing someone else's rights.
